    In 2026 Lance Callahan will be celebrating 25 years as Personal Trainer!

    Lance, 48, has been a full-time Personal Trainer since the age of 24. An expert many times over, he has conducted upwards of 50,000 sessions over the course of his career. Specializing in strength training, his clients range in age from 18-88. He prides himself on being able to enhance the weightlifting journey of clients at any level, novice to advanced. In 2023-24 he had the honor of working with the legendary film producer Lynda Obst during the final year of her life and is currently working for Netflix as the Personal Trainer for a major Hollywood celebrity. He holds a BA in English from UCLA and has been certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and the Life Coach Institute of Orange County. Hobbies include singing, horror films, politics and hanging out with his fabulous dog Bud.

    Monday-Friday 8 AM - 8 PM

    Saturdays 9 AM - 1:30 PM

    I try not to work Sundays but sometimes I do!

    BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

    *Sessions are one hour in length. Willing to operate outside the days/hours listed above for special circumstances, i.e. shoots, weddings, award ceremonies, special events, etc.

    (SAME FOR PERSONAL TRAINING AND LIFE COACHING)

     

    First Session: $75

    Single Session: $105

    1 Session per Week: $95 per Session*

    2 Sessions per Week: $85 per Session*

    3 or More Sessions per Week: $75 per Session*

    *AFTER FIRST SESSION, all discounted sessions must be paid for in packages of 4 (for 1 session per week discount), 8 (for 2 sessions per week discount), or 12 (for 3 or more sessions per week discount). Otherwise you are welcome to pay the single session rate while you decide on a package.

    Personal Training (Private Studio)

    1, 2, or 3 sessions per week with me at my workout studio can immediately make a significant difference in your health, confidence and well-being. Some clients do as many as 4-5 sessions per week for a fast track to results.

    I can also teach you to workout without me at home or at your favorite gym!

    Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, improve your health, increase your energy and self-confidence, or (like most of us) ALL OF THE ABOVE... I'm your man.

    Personal Training (Online)

    Live outside the area or just prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home or garage? Train with me online and get a much better workout than you might imagine with just a set of dumbbells, a basic fold-up bench and your own bodyweight.

    If you don't already have this equipment I can steer you in the right direction as to where you can get good quality equipment online.

    Life Coaching (In-Person or Online)
